Balsamic Condiment Etichetta Gialla (lit. yellow label) is the youngest product among the condiments offered by Il Borgo del Balsamico and is born from the same passion with which Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP of Reggio Emilia is made. An artisanal product in every phase which comes from a masterful aging of local grape must.
