Etichetta Bianca (lit. white label) from the Sapore Italiano vinegar company is a Balsamic Vinegar IGP of Modena made from a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar, completely natural and without the addition of colorants. The result is a very pleasant Balsamic Vinegar IGP of Modena that harmonizes with balance sweetness and acidity. Characterized by an average density and a pleasant aromaticity.
