Etichetta Gialla, Arancio and Rossa (lit. yellow, orange and red label); three handcrafted products at every stage, which are created from the expert aging of local grape must and a small percentage of wine vinegar. They differ in their aging and consequently in their intended use.
A secret place surrounded by nature.
