This product, “l’Agrodolce Bianco” (lit. White Sweet and Sour) of Acetaia Giuseppe Giusti since 1605 is produced by soft pressing of Trebbiano grapes, thus obtaining a particularly sweet juice. Mixed with high quality white wine vinegars, it is then aged in French oak and ash barrels. This process keeps the most fruity and floral aromas of the grape unaltered, obtaining a very sweet condiment with a contrast between the low acidity and the sweet notes of yellow fruits and dried citrus fruits. Fresh and balanced, it is therefore extremely versatile and easy to use.
The olfactory examination reveals a delicate and persistent bouquet, sweet, with fruity and floral notes typical of Trebbiano grape.
