A Balsamic Condiment made from a blend of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP “3 Medaglie d’Oro” (lit. gold medals) and fig maceration techniques. Characterized by softness and sweetness, it is the result of the maceration of a fig puree which takes place directly inside the 3 Medaglie d’Oro Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, then decanted and aged in barrels for six months.
The olfactory examination reveals a piercing and persistent, sweet and spicy, with balsamic and fig aromas.
The taste is sweet and smooth, with hints of fig and balsamic aromas.
