NERUM is a young, dense product with a marked tendency to sweet, fragrant, brilliant as the best balsamic must be. Produced with the musts of the last harvest using Lambrusco Ancellotta (particularly black) and Spergola (particularly sweet) grapes. It reaches an important density only and exclusively with cooking. Available in Vecchia Farmacia (lit. old pharmacy) 250 ml bottle with pourer and gold retractable cap.
