Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale DOP di Reggio Emilia Bollino Aragosta from Acetaia Castelli was tasted and evaluated by experts who, as members of the Consortium, issued the prestigious authorization to label it. The Lobster stamp requires at least 15 years of aging, and is bottled in a 100-ml “inverted tulip” format designed by Giugiaro with a cork and sealing wax cap. Housed in an elegant printed cardboard gift box with dropper pourer and protective glass cap. Multilingual catalog with recipes and product history.

On visual inspection, the product is very dense and persistent, deep brown in color, clear and bright.
