Description
DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia, Bollino ARGENTO (lit. silver seal), is produced by cooking grape must coming from selected vineyards of the province of Reggio Emilia only. On visual inspection the product is dark brown in color.
Upon olfactory examination, the product shows delicate aromas and a pleasing intense acidity.
At the gustatory examination, the product gives a complex and bittersweet taste sensation.
