A Balsamic Dressing born from the encounter between Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Igp “3 Medals of Gold” and infusion techniques with Truffle. The dehydrated black truffle is added directly to the barrel, for an additional six months where it matures along with the balsamic until the flavors are fully balanced. The palate is velvety, enveloping and persistent.
Olfactory examination reveals a penetrating and persistent, sweet and spicy aroma, with balsamic and truffle aromas.
